i always find it so funny when im asked about when i started drawing or like how i learned how to draw and stuff because i can’t really give a definite answer. like i’m pretty sure i popped outta the womb with a pencil in my hand. and like in my opinion everyone starts out drawing things as a kid. almost all of us have drawn that silly landscape with the green grass and the yellow sun in the corner of the page with like 3 or so stickmen smiling and holding hands near a tree. but there are only a handful of people who just don’t stop after that, who just keep drawing. i was one of those kids. drawing has been such a huge part of how i would express myself and how i would share my ideas. i loved cartoons and pretty visuals growing up and i always wanted to make the same kind of stuff. when i finally was introduced to the idea of learning art and having that be a career, it was pretty much set in stone. i was gonna head to art school and join the art industry and now i’m here in the middle of that very journey.
